What's New for Christmas at Bewl Water This Year

Christmas at Bewl Water has always been a season of wonder, and this year we are bringing more magic to your festive celebrations. Here is what you and your Cheer Champions can look forward to on your visit.

A Brand-New Quest for 2026

A magical whisper stirs through the trees at Bewl Water... can you hear it?

A message has arrived from the North Pole: Santa and his elves need your family's help to restore Christmas cheer. Our 2026 experience, Santa's Quest, invites you to step inside the story and become Cheer Champions.

Alongside returning favourites, families can expect a brand-new quest, with more festive surprises still to be revealed. You will be guided through an immersive world of live performances, playful panto-style moments and magical encounters, all woven into one unfolding Christmas adventure.

Choose Your Adventure

There are two ways to step inside the story:

• Grotto & Quest Experience: our signature Christmas adventure, with a personalised interaction with Santa, choosing a gift from the Toy Exchange, full participation in the Quest, interactive workshops with festive creations to take home, and live performances throughout your journey.
• Mrs Claus Enhanced Experience: everything in the Grotto & Quest Experience, plus a private meet-and-greet with Mrs Claus in our enchanted woodland, a complimentary souvenir photo from your Santa visit, priority access to workshops and performances, an exclusive Enhanced Experience lanyard and additional goodies, including a souvenir Santa Key.

Workshops and Wonder

Throughout your adventure, look forward to:

• A personal visit with Santa: a private family visit, individually personalised with your child's name, age and a little about their hobbies and interests.
• Rosemary's Bakery: decorate delicious shortbread biscuits to take home, or eat straight away.
• The Elves' Workshop: build and decorate your own sleigh ornament.
• Prancer's Pantry: make reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve.
• Dash's Post Office: send your all-important wishes to Santa.
• Interactive live performances: laughter, cheer chants and storytelling brought to life by Santa's merry elves.
• The Toy Exchange: where each child chooses a gift from Santa.
• Photo moments: beautifully designed settings and character encounters throughout the journey.

Refuel and Play

When the Quest is over, relax in the Candy Land Food Court, a free-flow space where street food, mulled wine, cider and speciality hot drinks are available to buy. Little ones can keep the festive fun going on the Candy Land play frame.

More Magic Than Ever

The Quest lasts just under two hours, and we recommend allowing around three hours to enjoy the full experience. Christmas at Bewl Water runs on selected dates from 28 November to 24 December 2026.
