Your visit to Santa's Grotto is personal to your family's booking. Each meeting is individually personalised for your child, with their name, age and a little about their hobbies and interests.
Each Santa visit takes up to eight guests to keep it personal. Larger groups are very welcome: book the same arrival slot to enjoy the Quest together, then meet Santa in smaller groups of eight or fewer. Children also choose a gift from the Toy Exchange.
Please book each group of children who will meet Santa together as its own booking. Each child's name, age and interests are attached to their booking, and that is what Santa sees, so bookings can't be split on the day. For example, a group of ten made up of two families would book as a six and a four.
More Than A Santa's Grotto
The Quest itself lasts just under two hours, and we recommend allowing around three hours for the whole visit. Along the way your family will find:
- Rosemary's Bakery, for decorating festive shortbread biscuits
- The Elves' Workshop, where little ones build and decorate their own sleigh ornaments
- Prancer's Pantry, for mixing magical reindeer food
- Dash's Post Office, for sending wishes to Santa
- Live performances and magical moments throughout your journey
- The Candy Land Food Court and play frame, to keep the festive fun going afterwards

Tickets must be booked online in advance. Choose your date and who's coming, and you'll see the start times still available.
Babies, Access And Big Groups
- My First Christmas tickets are for babes in arms and include a toy and a personalised Santa interaction.
- Essential Companion tickets are 50% off, one per booking, with documentation such as an Access Card, PIP, DLA or Attendance Allowance, selected when you book.
- We aim to accommodate most wheelchairs; please contact us in advance.
- Groups of six or more get 10% off with our Cheer Champions offer, subject to availability and terms.

Will my grotto experience be private to my family?
Yes. Your visit to Santa's Grotto is personal to your family's booking, and Santa will know your children's names, ages and a little about what they love.
We're a big family, can more than eight of us visit Santa together?
Yes, you can all come along. Each visit with Santa is for up to eight guests, which keeps it personal for every child. If your group is bigger than eight, book the same arrival slot so you can enjoy the Quest together, and you'll then meet Santa in smaller groups of eight or fewer. Please book each group of children who will meet Santa together as its own booking. Each child's name, age and interests are attached to their booking, and that is what Santa sees, so bookings can't be split on the day. For example, a group of ten made up of two families would book as a six and a four.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child under 1?
My First Christmas tickets are available for babes in arms and include a toy and personalised Santa interaction.
How long does the experience take?
The Quest itself lasts just under two hours. There is then a free-flow area where you can eat, play, explore and shop. We recommend allowing 3 hours for the full experience but you are welcome to stay and play as long as you wish!
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked timeslot. Every group receives a personalised, exclusive experience, so late arrivals may be refused entry or miss parts of the Quest. Allow plenty of travel and preparation time.
Is the experience outdoors?
Most of the experience is under cover and runs come rain, shine or snow. Some areas are outdoor and not all covered sections are heated, so wrap up warm.
