Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern the sale of tickets for, and attendance at, Christmas at Bewl Water (the "Event"), operated by Elite Leisure Collection Limited ("we", "us", "our") at Bewl Water, Bewlbridge Lane, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN3 8JH. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Booking and Tickets
Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official ticketing partner. Tickets purchased through any other channel may not be valid. Each member of your party requires their own ticket, including adults accompanying children. Once issued, tickets are personal to the named purchaser and may not be resold for commercial gain.
Prices are displayed at the point of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Booking fees applied by our ticketing partner are non-refundable.
1.1 Ticket Types
- Child Experience (ages 1 to 13): the full three-hour Quest including workshops, live performances, a personalised visit to Santa, a Santa Key and a gift from the Toy Exchange.
- Adult: required to accompany any child aged 17 or under. Includes access to all activities and amenities alongside your family.
- My First Christmas (under 1): a personalised moment with Santa and a toy gift, designed for infants. Includes admission for the named infant.
- Under 1 Accompanying: free admission for babes in arms accompanying an older sibling. Does not include a toy or a personalised Santa interaction.
- Essential Companion: a 50% concession ticket for the carer of a guest with a disability. Must be selected at the point of booking. Proof required (Access Card, PIP, DLA or Attendance Allowance). One concession per booking. Companions taking part in activities should book a Child or Adult ticket instead.
2. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law. At checkout you may add TicketPlan Refund Protection, which covers specified qualifying reasons (such as accident or unexpected illness) subject to TicketPlan's own terms.
If we cancel the Event for reasons within our control, we will offer a refund of the ticket price or a transfer to an alternative date. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
3. Admission
Please arrive at least five minutes before your booked timeslot. Late arrivals may be refused entry or miss parts of the Quest to keep the experience flowing for other guests, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Children aged 17 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the site whose conduct is, in our reasonable opinion, disruptive, abusive or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.
Photography for personal use is welcome. Commercial filming or photography requires our prior written consent.
4. Parking
One free parking ticket is included per booking and must be added to your basket at the time of purchase. Additional parking tickets are available to buy. ANPR is in operation throughout the car park, and incorrect or unregistered vehicle details may result in a parking charge issued by the operator. Please ensure the registration entered at booking matches the vehicle on the day.
5. Health, Safety and Accessibility
Much of the Event is under cover but some sections are outdoors and may be affected by weather. Please wear suitable warm clothing and sturdy footwear. Pathways may be uneven or muddy.
We aim to accommodate wheelchair users and guests with additional access needs. Please contact us in advance of your booking so we can plan the best possible visit. Dogs are not permitted inside the Event, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
6. Allergies and Dietary Information
Food and drink served on site, including the biscuits used in Mrs Claus' Bakery, are made in environments handling allergens including nuts, gluten and dairy. While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is entirely free from traces. Please speak to a member of staff with any specific dietary concerns before consumption.
7. Promotional Imagery
Photographs and video used in our marketing are illustrative and primarily sourced from previous seasons. Specific decorations, performers and attractions may vary year on year. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the experience described, but the Event may evolve to reflect operational, safety or creative considerations.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising in connection with the Event is limited to the value of the tickets purchased for the affected booking.
9. Personal Data
Personal data submitted at booking or on-site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking you confirm you have read and understood the policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to that booking.
11. Governing Law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Contact
