More than a Santa's Grotto. This 3-hour event is packed with immersive, interactive festive activities including workshops, live shows, personalised Santa visit and a gift from the Toy Exchange. One free parking ticket is included per booking.

We are a cashless event and accept most major debit and credit cards.

Santa's Grotto & Quest Experience tickets must be booked online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Each Santa visit accommodates up to eight guests to keep things personal. Larger groups are welcome but will visit Santa in groups of eight (or less). We recommend booking in groups of more than eight for the same arrival slot so you can enjoy the rest of the experience together.

Yes! Cheer Champions booking in groups of 6 or more will receive 10% off their booking.

The Christmas at Bewl Water experience is designed to be enjoyed together as one festive adventure, from the moment you step into the quest to the final magical encounters along the way.

For visits to Santa's Grotto, groups are limited to a maximum of 8 people at a time to keep the experience personal and special for every family. If your group is larger than this, that's no problem at all. You'll simply visit the Grotto in your smaller booked groups, so everyone still enjoys their own personalised moment with Santa.

The rest of your journey through the quest can be enjoyed together as one group, sharing every laugh, performance and festive tradition along the way.

Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchased TicketPlan Refund Protection at the point of booking. TicketPlan covers specific qualifying reasons such as accident or unexpected illness, subject to their T&Cs.

While we don't offer dedicated SEND sessions due to the wide range of individual needs, we are committed to making the experience as inclusive as possible. Please email christmas@bewlwater.co.uk before booking to discuss any requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate where we can.

Our shortbread biscuits and decorations are vegan, dairy-free and nut-free, with a gluten-free option also available. Please note they are made in a kitchen that handles a variety of allergens. We cannot guarantee zero traces.

Yes. Every visitor needs a ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18, and adults need their own ticket to enjoy the full experience with their family.

The experience is designed primarily for children aged 1 and up. If you're visiting only with an Under 1, please purchase a Child ticket to access all workshops. Caregivers then assist their infant. My First Christmas tickets add a personalised Santa moment and a toy on top.

My First Christmas tickets are available for babes in arms and include a toy and personalised Santa interaction.

Essential Companion concession tickets are sold at 50% off the standard rate. These must be selected at booking (no discount on the day) and require documentation in advance: Access Card, PIP, DLA or Attendance Allowance. One per booking. If your companion wants to take part in the activities, please book a Child ticket instead.

Imagery and video on our site is from previous years and for illustrative purposes only. Our elves work year-round to fill each event with the same magic, but decorations, performers and attractions may vary season to season.

Bewl Water, Bewlbridge Lane, Lamberhurst, Kent TN3 8JH. We're on the Kent/Sussex border, just off the A21. Turn onto Bewlbridge Lane when approaching from either direction.

One free parking ticket is included per order. ANPR is in operation, so please provide the correct vehicle registration to avoid fines. Additional parking tickets can be purchased.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked timeslot. Every group receives a personalised, exclusive experience, so late arrivals may be refused entry or miss parts of the Quest. Allow plenty of travel and preparation time.

The Quest itself lasts just under two hours. There is then a free-flow area where you can eat, play, explore and shop. We recommend allowing 3 hours for the full experience but you are welcome to stay and play as long as you wish!

Yes. Your visit to Santa's Grotto is exclusive and personalised to your family's booking. No strangers, just magic.

Christmas outfits and costumes are welcome! Most of the experience is under cover, but there are outdoor sections and the woodland setting means paths can occasionally be muddy. Wrap up warm and wear sturdy footwear.

Yes. There are areas to purchase refreshments throughout the Quest and the Candy Land Food Court serves hot and cold drinks plus a range of sweet and savoury food and festive treats. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.

Most of the experience is under cover and runs come rain, shine or snow. Some areas are outdoor and not all covered sections are heated, so wrap up warm.

Dogs are not permitted inside Christmas at Bewl Water, but are welcome to enjoy the wider Bewl Water grounds.

We aim to accommodate most wheelchairs. Please contact us in advance so we can make the best possible arrangements for your visit.
