The experience is built around a collection of creative spaces where Cheer Champions can explore at their own pace.

From tinkering with the elves in their bustling workshop to designing their own sweet treat in Mrs Claus inviting bakery, each setting offers something new to discover. Prancers Pantry adds reindeer fun into the mix, while Dashs Post Office lets children send cheerful messages straight to the North Pole.

Every child carries a Santa Key and their own Quest Chronicle, which turns the whole experience into a gentle mission to build cheer. With each activity their key gathers more magic until they are ready for the most important moment of all.

Your personalised Santa visit

The journey leads to a calm and beautifully decorated grotto where Santa welcomes each family for a warm and meaningful meeting. Because we collect a few details before your visit, Santa already knows your child’s name and interests, making the moment feel truly personal. He chats with them, listens to their stories and presents each child with their special Santa Key.

At the end of your experience, this key is exchanged for a gift of their choice from the Toy Exchange, creating a lovely finale that families remember long after Christmas has passed.
