- To fulfil your booking (contract): confirming purchase, personalising the Santa visit, managing entry on the day, issuing parking permissions, and providing customer service.
- To send transactional communications (contract): booking confirmations, schedule updates and pre-arrival information.
- To run the wait list and marketing emails (consent): only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To improve and secure our website (legitimate interests and, for non-essential cookies, your consent): analytics, fraud prevention and service performance.
- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation): accounting records, health and safety, and responding to lawful requests from regulators or law enforcement.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only with carefully selected processors who provide services on our behalf, including:
