Last Minute Santa Experience Tickets in Kent

Christmas is almost here, and if you are still searching for an enchanting festive experience for the family, it is worth checking our dates. Christmas at Bewl Water runs on selected dates from 28 November to 24 December 2026, and all tickets are booked online in advance, so the quickest way to see what is open for your family is to check availability on our booking service.

Our 2026 experience, Santa's Quest, is more than a visit to see Father Christmas. Set in an enchanted woodland at Bewl Water, it is a living festive story filled with elves, live entertainment, festive activities and surprises, all leading to a personalised family visit with Santa.

What to Expect

Santa and his elves need your family's help to restore Christmas cheer at Bewl Water. As Cheer Champions, you will follow the story through hands-on workshops and playful, panto-style performances. Along the way you can:

• Decorate shortbread biscuits in Rosemary's Bakery
• Build and decorate a sleigh ornament in the Elves' Workshop
• Make reindeer food at Prancer's Pantry to sprinkle on Christmas Eve
• Send your wishes to Santa from Dash's Post Office
• Enjoy interactive live performances from Santa's merry elves
• Choose a gift from the Toy Exchange

A Personalised Visit With Father Christmas

At the heart of every visit is a private family meeting with Santa himself. When you book, you share your child's name, age and a little about their hobbies and interests, so the moment feels thoughtful and personal rather than rushed. Each child then chooses their Christmas gift at the Toy Exchange.

Two Ways to Join the Quest

• Grotto & Quest Experience: our signature Christmas adventure, including the personalised Santa visit, a gift from the Toy Exchange, the full Quest, workshops with festive creations to take home, and live performances.
• Mrs Claus Enhanced Experience: everything above, plus a private meet-and-greet with Mrs Claus, a complimentary souvenir photo from your Santa visit, priority access to workshops and performances, an exclusive lanyard and extra goodies, including a souvenir Santa Key.

Festive Treats and Time to Play

After the Quest, the Candy Land Food Court is a free-flow space where street food, mulled wine, cider and speciality hot drinks are available to buy, while little ones enjoy the Candy Land play frame. The Quest itself lasts just under two hours, and we recommend allowing around three hours in total.

Quick Tips for a Last Minute Booking

• Book online: tickets cannot be bought on the day, so book before you travel.
• Add your parking: one free parking ticket is included per booking. Add it at checkout and give the correct vehicle registration, as ANPR is in operation.
• Arrive on time: please arrive five minutes before your booked timeslot.
• Wrap up warm: most of the experience is under cover, but some areas are outdoors and paths can be muddy.
• Bring a card: we are a cashless event.
