Arrive Early to Begin Your Journey

Your booking time is when your Quest begins . so be sure to arrive around 10 minutes early. This gives you time to park, check in, and take a moment to soak up the excitement before your group is called forward by the elves.

Let the Elves Lead the Way

From the moment your Quest begins, you’ll be guided through an immersive world of twinkling lights, interactive workshops and theatrical performances. Each scene unfolds with the help of Santa’s trusted elves . so stay close to your group, listen carefully, and enjoy the story as it comes to life around you.

There’ll be moments for photos, laughter, and plenty of Christmas cheer . all part of the magic of a fully guided experience.

Wrap Up Warm

Although much of the experience is indoors, some parts take you outside, so pop on your cosiest coats, hats, and scarves. Sensible shoes are a must . and matching festive jumpers or Christmas hats are always a win for family photos!

Buggy note: Buggies are welcome, though a lightweight or all-terrain buggy is best for the outdoor sections.
